Efficient Electrical Solutions is owned and operated by Francisco Perez-Rubio, a native Virginian and veteran of the United States Navy. After his naval service, he completed a Associates Degree in Electrical Studies at San Diego Community College in 2005. In 2007 he became a CLASS A ELECTRICAL CONTRACTOR.

Before moving home to Virginia, Francisco started Rubio Electrical in San Diego, California. Rubio Electrical specialized in solar panel installations for 17 years and managed multiple electrical projects. In Virginia, Francisco and Efficient Electrical Solutions, LLC have installed solar panels on several schools throughout the Commonwealth as well as North and South Carolina.

Efficient Electrical Solutions, LLC has a comprehensive portfolio of electrical work in residential and commercial sites as well as new construction, and maintenance/repair of older properties. Commercial projects include: automotive shops, Medical/Dental facilities, office buildings, manufacturing facilities and food processing sites. Residential work includes: primary residential properties and single/ multi tenant rental properties.
